Jollibee "I Love You Sabado" is back!

Remember the Jollibee's I love you Sabado jingle?
The lyrics goes something like...“Isang tulog na lang, Jollibee na naman! Ang araw lulubog, bukas mabubusog… Sa Chickenjoy manok at Yumburger bilog! I love you Sabado, pati na rin Linggo! Hintay ka lang Jollibee, nand’yan na ako! Panlasang Pilipino, at home sa Jollibee!”

Been a fan to this jingle :)
Years back, this jingle was always been played in TV or Radio AD, no wonder it inspired Filipino families to look forward to weekends as a chance to bond together after a busy weekdays. We can't afford to have "Saturdays at Jollibee" but we can afford to spend those precious weekends with our kiddos. Who wouldn't love weekends --- no classes, no work, time when you have those "palanay mode" (chillin) moments  --- so as much as possible, we make sure to spend our Saturdays and Sundays together.

Did you know that Jollibee re-launched this adored jingle? Yes, they did! Though there has been revisions, it was polishe…

Weekend at Hale Manna Beach Resort and Coastal Garden

One of the privilege when you're living in a tropical country is having the sun's smile on you all year long (just don't count the typhoon visits :D). And when you're in an island surrounded by beautiful beaches, what more could you ask for?
As for me, I need finances to indulge in this privilege...hehehe

Last month, we had a chance to spend weekend with friends at Hale Manna Beach Resort and Coastal Garden, Moalboal, Cebu. Located at the southwest part of Cebu, Moalboal is also known for white beaches, coral reef and fish sanctuaries.
If you want to relax and listen the whispers of the leaves as they dance with the sea breeze or if you just want to escape the noise and pollution of the city, then, Hale Manna is for you. From the place (rooms are spacious and clean), the staffs (everyone is so accommodating and friendly) and even the food (yummy is the best word to describe it), it surely is a haven. I tell you 2 days and 1 night is not enough. Even my daughter wished sh…

When Baby Bath Time Is Made Easier

While pregnant we gear up ourselves with information of how-to’s and think that we have it all figured out but once the little one arrives, our world turns upside down.
One of the things we go frenzy with is the bath time, at first I was clueless (and I guess till now) on what to do but the good thing is, I have two great women who shared their best practice in bathing the little ones:

My Mom
My mom uses layered towels on the table (to absorb the water) and a basin of lukewarm water on the side. The baby is laid on the towel and the bath time begins.

My Mom-in-law
Her one-hand method may sound complicated. For her, it’s easy as 123, baby on the one had - head on the palm and the rest of the body on the arm - while one free hand for the soap and water.

Old methods maybe overwhelming but with new and old things combined we get a hassle-free making bath time a breeze for new moms.
