{Only in Pinas} Pinoy's election campaign posters

Had seen this election poster hanging in the one of hotel building somewhere in Mabolo.
Also seen another election poster somewhere in Tipolo.

And another election poster somewhere in Maguikay.

Just wondering if the poster size is within the guidelines set by "Rules and Regulations regarding Election Campaign" here in the Philippines.
